Most rules that apply to Registered Agents are consistent across all states and include:
- Registered Agents must be 18 years of age or older.
- They must hold a physical address (P.O boxes and virtual offices don’t count) in the appropriate state that can receive mail, deliveries and any process of service during normal business hours.
